Die Releasing Workshops finden in kleinen Gruppen zu höchstens 8 Personen statt. Es liegt mir dabei sehr am Herzen, den Teilnehmern einen geschützten Raum in angenehmer Atmosphäre zur Verfügung zu stellen. Um entspannt arbeiten zu können, ist es ratsam bequeme Kleidung zu tragen. Außerdem sollte jeder Teilnehmer eine Decke und ein Kissen mitbringen – und was er/sie sonst noch benötigt, um sich rund herum wohl zu fühlen.
Für das leibliche Wohl stehen ausreichend Wasser, Tee und Kaffee, sowie kleine Snacks bereit.
Der Workshop-Tag beinhaltet geführte Meditationen, eine Einführung in die Releasing-Technik und die eigentliche Releasingarbeit, die paarweise durchgeführt wird.
